Time to toot ye olde horn.
According to this morning's weigh-in, I am down 66 pounds since starting my diet* (3 Jul 02005**).
Yes, I know that I lost too much weight way too fast. Spare me any warnings that you may have buzzing around in your head right now. This has not been a starvation diet. Quite the opposite, in fact. If I am hungry, I eat. If I am not hungry, I do not eat. Simple as that. Rather than change how much I eat, the only change I have made is what I eat.
These days I eat lots of meat (beef, cattle, cows, steer, pork, pigs, hogs, bacon, ham, chicken, wings, legs, etc.), lots of fruit (apples, fuji apples, braeburn apples, granny smith apples, the occasional banana, the more occasional banana, and some kiwi), and some veggies too (too many to name…). Perhaps it'll be easier if I name what I don't eat: sugar, grains (processed or whole), legumes (i.e., beans), dairy, potatoes, and soda. In general, if I can eat it straight-out-of-nature raw, it's OK for the diet. And, yes, meat falls into that safe-to-eat category.

* - Diet is not the right word. WOL, Way of Life, would be much more appropriate. Diet implies a short-term change of eating habits, while I have, in fact, changed my life forever. I will never go back to my old, damaging ways.
